Strong Cartridge Filter Housing for PP Melt blown Filter Cartridges
UPVC Cartridge Filter Housings, also called UPVC cartridge filter housings or UPVC precision cartridge filter housings, are important device in water treatment process. They have stronger corrosion resistance, which have better stability in acid base salt solution in food, chemical and industrial applications. Besides, they can also be used in cooling tower circulating water filtration and ultrafiltration membrane feed water filtration processes.
Our UPVC cartridge filter housings are suitable for PP cartridges and have 5 elements and 9 elements two types.
Features
- Great corrosion resistance and are widely used in the field of acid & base water treatment that stainless steel filters are not applicable.
- The UPVC security filter adopts bottom center to top water distribution method, which cause small impact to cartridges. Exhaust valve are installed on the top of the filter to discharge the air from the filter.
- 45 °C maximum working temperature.
- Reserved holes on filter lids for exhaust valve and pressure gauge are G1/4" and the adaptor can be supplied if your pressure gauge is in metric standard.
- Unlike the traditional assembling, The filter has PP cotton filter positioning, making filter cartridges free from adjustment when the lid is closed.
